What is an enclosure card?

An enclosure card is a small printed card designed to accompany a gift. It features a personal photo and a heartfelt message from the sender to the recipient, making any gift more meaningful and memorable.

How does the AI photo effect work?

After uploading your photo, you choose an AI art style: Studio Ghibli, watercolor, pencil sketch, or oil painting. Our AI models transform your photo into that style within about 30 seconds. You can preview the result and make adjustments before placing your order.

What card sizes do you offer?

We currently offer two sizes: 4×6 inch (standard postcard size) and 5×7 inch (large greeting card size). Both are printed on premium 100lb card stock.

How long does shipping take?

Cards are printed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Standard domestic (US) shipping takes 3–5 business days via USPS or FedEx. Most customers receive their card within 5–7 business days from the order date.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap for a future update.

How much does it cost?

Each personalized card is $8.99. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address — typically $4–$6 for US domestic orders.

Can I preview my card before ordering?

Yes. The card designer shows a live preview as you upload your photo, apply an AI style, and add your message. You can make unlimited changes before clicking "Proceed to Checkout."

What file formats can I upload?

We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. For best print quality, use a photo that is at least 1200×900 pixels (300dpi equivalent at 4×3 inches).

Can I order more than one card at a time?

Currently each order is for one unique personalized card. If you need multiple copies of the same card, you can increase the quantity during checkout.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe, our secure payment processor. We do not store your card details.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

If your card arrives damaged or with a print defect, email us at hello@soulfulgiftco.com with a photo and we will reprint and reship at no charge. Because each card is custom-printed to your design, we cannot offer returns for change of mind.
